HVAC products Please contact an HVAC service center near you. All other products Please contact our Service Coordinator by telephone at 800-657-0707, or by e-mail at rarequest@dayton-phoenix.com to obtain a Return Authorization number. To save time, you can download our RA Request Data Sheet in Excel or Acrobat format. Just fill the form out and fax to the number on the form. Your return authorization number will be sent back to you once processed. We cannot accept returned products without an accompanying RA number.
